Human rights are free classifieds into three types: the first generation rights, the rights of second generation and third generation rights. The division of human rights into three generations was first conceived in 1979 by Karel Vasak. Each is associated with one of the great values proclaimed in the French Revolution: liberty, equality and fraternity.

The first generation rights are civil and political rights, linked with the principle of freedom. This rights are generally considered of defense or negative, which require the public authorities their inhibition and not interference in the private sphere.

Moreover, second-generation rights are economic, social and cultural rights which are linked with the principle of equality. Required for effective implementation of the intervention of public authorities, through benefits and services. There is some contradiction between the rights against the state (first generation) and rights to the state (second generation). Advocates of civil and political rights often qualify to economic, social and cultural rights as false rights because the State can't satisfy rather than imposing others their realization, which for them would be a violation of rights of first generation.

Meanwhile, the third generation of rights, emerged in the literature in 1980, is linked with solidarity. Unifies them their impact on the lives of everyone, a universal scale, as required for their realization a series of efforts and cooperation on a planetary level. Normally included in this kind of rights the heterogeneous rights as the right to peace, to the quality life and guarantees against the genetic manipulation, although different jurists associate these rights to other generations

2. Why were they created?





Human rights were created to reconsider the human knowledge because the man isn't capable of respecting the same human species, as many say "man is a predator of himself."

Certainly this inability to respect has led to give certain parameters or global rules of behavior called fundamental human rights, the main point of knowledge for man are these rights. These rights are crucial in today's society in which we live due to their lack of values.

The universal declaration of human rights is one of the most cited papers in the world, but also is one of the lesser-known texts in their real content. In view the importance that for the contemporary subject has a duty to know and implement the main principles that human rights are oriented in all of their manifestations.

If we review our life and we reflect upon it we find conditions of abuse to others, perhaps we have done or seen others do, we ask ourselves, why we do something to help? or what should we do?

3. How many human rights are there?

Everyone has these rights:

I more or less already knew all the rights that we have although I think that not all met. I found an example that isn't fulfilled: the right to a fair trial within a reasonable time before a tribunal objective, independent and impartial and a second hearing judiciary.

In this country, the court isn't objective because it tends to favor the most powerful people with a lot of money , and usually have color, that is, that the courts tend to be of one party or another and to favor his party.

A right I think that isn't fulfilled is the right to life because everyone who wants to live, you can and also because in the democratic countries are prohibited the death penalty and, therefore, the murderers were not removed the right to live.

Nowadays, everyone has a mobile phone but some people have questioned, if mobile phone phones were dangerous? And if we can produce health damage?

According to a scientific study, the mobiles phones, due to their electromagnetic waves, can increase a 50% the probability that a person has cancer. Moreover, if you're many hours with the phone, this mobiles can produce a strong addicition as now they have many applications.

However, the mobile phones represent an advantage for the society due to now the comunication is very easy (we can talk to people long distance when we want) and also for the applications of this phones that doing a great service.

As far as I am concerned I think that the mobile phones are very useful for communication but you don't have to spend many hours with him due to they can cause addiction and this, eventually, could be one factor that can do that you have a cancer.

This research project deels with the shojo manga. The manga is the word that the japanese use to name “japanese comic”

The shojo manga is the manga for girls because this type of manga deels with themes such as friendship, comedy and love.

In this project there are two parts: a part of research, the history of manga and another part, my own manga.

In the research part there is a part where I explain what is the manga, when and where it was born there is another part when tere are a peeoners artists of manga such as Osamu Tezuka populars artists of manga shojo such as Arina Tanemura and Yuu Watase. Also I indicate the popuulars mangas shojo such as Sailor Moon or Card Captor Sakura.

Finally, there is a part where I explain how I created my own manga, the material that I used, ect.

Humour is an emotion that there is always in your life. Everybody needs humour or the emotions if you can enjoy your life.

In my opinion, you need humour in all aspects of your life. One important thing that you use it is to enjoy your life, your work, your relationships, ect. Moreover, if you are very sad, you can use humour to be satisfied. If you can't feel humour or emotions your life is empty.

Although, sometimes, when you are so much fun, people don't enjoy and they become angry.

In conclusion, I think that humour is a very important thing in your life because you need all emotions in your life although sometimes you don't enjoy with this.

Self-evaluation

My oral presentation has powerpoint, video and images. My topic is original in the sense that I have an actor that almost nobody knows and in the sense that I have provided a video created by me. My oral presentation lasted about 5 min but should have lasted longer but I went very fast.

I didn't look at the audience and I didn't read a lot from notes and I move a little. I organise my ideas in my head and hadn't mistakes but I got nervous, I was very wrong, I did many mistake.

I think I enter information that some people still don't know. At first my information was quite clear there would be confusion, but as I said before, I got nervous.A lot of the information I searched in the Internet, but I check other pages if there was false information.

My grammar when I have the oral presentation has been a disaster. I use the sentence linkers and well, the pause fillers, more or less.

I think that my pronunciation was not so bad, and why, while rehearsal, if I had not pronounce something, immediately I went to a website and searched how pronounced.

First he cuts off 2 legs of the flea and said "Jump" (the flea jumped).
And then he cutts off 2 more legs of the fla and said "Jump" (the flea jumped).

At first, when I were still very innocent, my dreams for the future were to make a career in medicine, buy a house in Paris, buy a red convertible and live alone without any problem. But as they grow up, I realized that some things couldn’t be, as they were taught, just dreams.

Now, my dreams for the future continue to be go to Paris and buy a red convertible, and that if I can get. What has changed is that I can not study medicine but not to study and I like to go with my friends to the university. Also do not think I could live alone and I've noticed that need a person next to you to live a happy life.

This year I plan to know I want to study because it is a very difficult task. I wanted to study something that could help people but does not feature anything or there is something that gives me better. Obviously, another goal that I have is passed this year and, for that, I must study and work hard. I also would like to find a man with a good personality, and if he can be having studies and many (although this is secondary), and that one day we got married and we formed a family.

I think that I improved my level of English more this year than in all secondary school because although in the exams I had good notes, this year I improved my level of writing and I think this is because I done many essays and especially due through for the blog.

I think I improved a lot since the beginning of the year so far, simply because not only write well but more fluently because I already think that before with Catalan and after translating in English, however, I think directly in English. I also learned a lot of vocabulary with a dictionary at the beginning of the year although the translator did not and now, this is reflected in "DBSK Separates" (the 1st composition) and "Sailor Moon" (the last composition) .
Also say that I improved a little in the oral presentations, the first thing I did because I got so nervous I could not say anything, the last presentation, the 1st time I read a lot and, the 2nd time I have done something better.

I would say that both the writings and the blog helped me a lot because thanks to them, I have more fluently when I write and I learned vocabulary that didn't know. I also find that the podcast helped me somewhat in pronunciation because when you as recorded, you need search how you pronounce things and repeat until well, and so I remember how to pronounce .
Regarding the exams, I think in general I also went well because I would say that gives me pretty good grammar and readings I think I'm pretty good too.

Moreover, oral presentations not helped me much because I tend to put me very nervous before the people and don't well doing this presentation. Neither have been very useful for me the oral exams, as well as oral presentations,although I understand the book, but I putting me so nervous I can not express good and I tend to speak Catalan because I forget the vocabulary.

If they can be, I would like to the blog again because you learn quite well with him and would do more listening as we do very little in class. I would also continue oral presentation because although I did not go well, I want them to continue doing what I learn new things each oral presentation and can do a little better.

“We have almost learn to respect our world”

I disagree with this statement because in the world a lot of persons who destroy its. These people are very selfish.

In my opinion, there are four types of persons in the world. There are persons who worry about the world.There are other people who don't worry about the world.
There are other people who worry about its world and help, such as, by recycling, by not contamination a lot, etc. and much of these people create the international organizations like Greenpeace and others.
And there are other people who don't worry about its and destroy its.

In addition, I think that there is a lot of desforation and this is due to the plants are disappearing and as that the animals which eat plants are died because don't have any food and the animals carnivorous which died because it also don't have food. Still that believe that this don't affect humans, this is wrong because in last we don't have food because the animals and the plans are disappearing.

All in all, the humans are to blame for the animals and plants being in danger of extinction or extinction completely. But, luckily, there are some persons who worry about his world and help its. But finally, I think that the humans are to blame for the world are much badly. If people collaborated to save the world, probably the world are will better.

Dear Ms. Pintó,

Good Morning, my name is Laila Abjil and after some years learning in this secondary school, I've decided to write a letter to inform you of the qualities of this, as much good as bad.

It has a café where we could have better sandwiches and croissants. This year has a project so-called Edu1x1 started it is good for students and for this school, too. They also started to install screen tactils. In this school there is sometimes a good atmosphere with teachers and they prepare us well for university.

The project Edu1x1 hasn't doing to all classes of centre, only 1^st and 2^nd ESO and the same pass with screens tactils, only installed at classes of ESO. Besides, this school needs decoration, for example, the walls need some painting.

As a conclusion, I agree that learing in this secondary school has helped me to reach a good level of knowledge to go in university but find that need much colour.

A good friend

Lena's a great friend of mine. She live in Roses and born on 05 of Febrary in 1994. She's a person of medium height, thin, long-legged and pale skin, not very round face. She has got a short blond straight hair that usually loose leads and her mouth is small with thin lips. She has got a thin fingers and small hands and feet. Usually use a loose-fitting clothing with colours of different shades although she prefers to green and brown. Also she use accessories (necklaces, bracelets, handbags). She usually not use high heels or make-up, only in in special cases.

Lena is one person that not talk a lot. She's warm-hearted and haven't strong-willed. When she's with many people is a bit shy but with friends is fun, happy and joking. When you have a problem you can always count on her and you can talk about everything with her, not judge you. She always worry about you and always helps her friends. It is quite smart because it makes high school science and, the truth, takes good grades. She always is very pacifist but when someone is trafficking defender to Dear ...

One thing that I really like about Lena is that she's never two-faced and she always tells me what's on her mind. By luck, she isn't big-headed and egoist person. For example, once when I had many problems and I was very discouraged and did not want to study or do anything, she was very supportive and helped me to up my mood.

I believe that you be in the mood for me trimester in relation to the presentations you have gone to me better right now than although have done it plenty of evil, the other trimester was worse because I said absolutely nothing .

In presentation is I should have done it better since you had prepared it to me very much but when I arrived and I was next in line and I had to leave there in front I got very nervous and I went blank . Back then I tried to look at the notes that you were having but when catching it, I saw that my hands trembled and still I got more nervous. I do not understand the cause right now than when practicing it in front of grandparents, parents, brothers, friends, known people and enclosure in front of not known people, still put me that way.

In conclusion, I believe than have done it plenty of evil and the fact that you may have done too much it better of that I did it, unread.

Well, hello, my name is Laila Abjil and today I go to talk about the twins. The twins are persons who are born of only one pregnancy. Only about 10 milions the twins in the world. This is me and this is my twin Meriem. There are two types of twins: monozygotic twins and dizygotic twins.

Identical or monozygotic twins: This is the case in which the embryo has originated from an ovum and sperm. In this case, two embryos were formed with in the same placenta. Identical twins have 100% of the same genes, exact same DNA and fingerprints.

Fraternal or dizygotic twins: This is the case in which the embryo has originated from two ovum by two sperm. Fraternal twins share only 50% of the genes. The 50% of their DNA is the same but their fingerprints are different.

Semi-identical twins: Semi-identical twins occur when an ovum unfertilized divides into two identicals ovum. Both ovum are fertilized with the sperm are different so a pair of twins have a identical genes from their mother, but different genes from their father.

Conjoined twins: conjoined twins are monozygotic twins during pregnancy, theri bodies together. This happens when the zygote isn't completely separate and the zygote begins to separate after 12 days after fertilitzation. Most conjoined twins are tract to try to separate them but if there is shared vital organs, the surgery is very complicated.

At first it seems that the Andrian Mole and the movie Thirteen do not look at anything when you begin to think of the similarities and differences you realize that them are quite similar.

Both the movie and the book, the main characters are teenagers, they are 13 years old and both have problems at home and at school. In both cases, they come from primary schools and have their 1st relationship at 13 years old. The two main characters of movie and book have problems with money and their parents are divoriced. Their mothers are alcoholics.

Adrian Mole's problems aren't so serius but Tracy has terrible problems. Tracy, when she starts hanging out with Evie begins to smoke, drink alcohol, steal money and slash his writs. However, Andrian Mole haven't problems with alcohol, drugs,... but he has problems at school with Barry Kent.

I live in Sant Pere Pescador, it's a little city in Girona. I am a student of 1st Batxillerat in Castelló d'Empúries, bit at the weekend I sometimes work in a restaurant with my parents. I read every day, because I think it's courious.

I have too hobbies: listening to music and singing. I do every time. My favourite sport is tennis, it's also my hobby because I do it when I'm five years old, and I love it. I also love music.

One of my ambitions would to be a better person, so that I could travel a lot all over the world, etc. To relax, I listen to classic music. I admire the artists, especially the singers.
