You're fired for going to work drunk and justice defends

In Peru, Paul Cayo, an employee was fired after he submitted to his work post in an evident state of drunkenness, filed its complaint is before the Constitutional Court of Peru on the grounds that his dismissal was unfair.

The court ordered the reinstatement of the worker in his position by noting that according to the laws of the offense should be punished in proportion and not fire him on that day because Paul Cayo conducted its work normally and not cause problems in the institution.
