Colombian students paid 15 euros for hackers to change their notes

In a University of Colombia, three students of engineering were found to be hackers and they were changing the qualifications of his companions in exchange for approximately 15 Euros.

I do not believe that this is nice since though change his qualifications, his capacities not changed, therefore, it does not use as anything and less being of engineering where you have to know many things and well, the notes count but it counts more your capacities and what you can do in the moment in which you need it.
